WorldSBK Czech Round 2026 in Most: new class, Czech riders and experiences right in the paddock

Only two months remain until the start of the WorldSBK Czech Round 2026. The FIM Superbike World Championship will return to the Autodrom Most on the weekend of May 15–17, 2026, once again marking the first major motorsport event of the year in the Czech Republic for local fans.

This year, Most will host the sixth edition of the WorldSBK event. The championship traditionally began in Australia at Phillip Island and now continues with European rounds in Portimão (Portugal), Assen (Netherlands), and the new Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary. The Most round will be the fifth event of the season.

Last year’s fifth edition attracted over 55,000 spectators and also saw the signing of a new contract with the championship promoter, guaranteeing races at least until 2030.

“WorldSBK has a firm place in Most. We are pleased that fans keep coming back and that we are among the most attended rounds of the championship. We believe the May weekend will continue to mark the start of the motorsport season in the Czech Republic. WorldSBK is not just about speed – it’s a weekend full of эмоtions and experiences where fans can get closer to the action than anywhere else,” says Josef Zajíček, CEO of Autodrom Most and member of the organizing Automotoklub Most.

Czech riders on the grid and a brand-new class

This season brings two major highlights for Czech fans. Three Czech full-time riders will appear on the grids. In World Supersport, Ondřej Vostatek and Oliver König will race for the new Compos Racing team on Triumph Street Triple 765 bikes – making it a fully Czech lineup in the world championship. In the brand-new World Sportbike class, Troy Sovička will compete with the Panattoni BGR Smrž Racing team. In addition to full-time riders, further Czech wildcard entries are expected, with names to be announced during the spring.

The 2026 season also introduces a major structural change: the former entry-level WorldSSP300 category is replaced by the new World Sportbike (WorldSPB) class. It features modern mid-capacity sport motorcycles – two- to four-cylinder machines with engines around 450–800 cc based on production models. Compared to SSP300, it offers significantly higher performance and more advanced technology, creating a natural step between junior categories and World Supersport. The race weekend will therefore include three full categories: WorldSBK, WorldSSP, and the new WorldSPB.

Experiences at the heart of the action

One of the key reasons for WorldSBK’s popularity is its exceptional openness to fans. With a single ticket, spectators in Most get access to all viewing areas, including the paddock, where they can watch teams at work, see bikes being prepared, and meet riders. The program also includes the Paddock Show, rider autograph sessions, and a fan zone.

A very popular feature is the Victory Lane – after each race, fans can move directly to the celebration area and experience the immediate эмоtions of riders and teams up close. This format is relatively unique in motorsport and is one of the highlights most appreciated by visitors.

For dedicated fans who want an even closer experience, a limited Fan Pass (only 50 available) provides access to exclusive areas such as the control tower and service roads, offering a behind-the-scenes view of the championship.

Program for riders and active fans

The race weekend begins already on Thursday, May 14, with a free run on the race track (including free entry and parking) and access to the paddock.

On Friday, fans can take part in Ride Like a Pro – a unique opportunity to ride the Most circuit on their own motorcycle under the guidance of experienced coach and rider Kamil Holán, including a guided paddock tour.

Motorcycle riders can become part of the program on Sunday as well – with a “Motorcyclist” ticket, they can join the traditional Bike Parade, a group ride on the race track. On Saturday, after the race program ends, all fans can walk along the start/finish straight.

Tickets and practical information

A new feature this year is the Bus & Paddock ticket, offering convenient transport directly to the event. Special buses will depart from Prague and Dresden and bring fans straight into the Autodrom Most paddock.

Ticket sales are currently in the final presale phase until the end of April. After that, tickets will be available at full price. Children under 15 have free entry.

Bus & Paddock, Fan Pass and VIP tickets are available exclusively in presale and cannot be purchased on-site. Camping at Matylda (300 m from the circuit) is sold separately.
